At Obsetic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Obsetic account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the item in its original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
